It's very good for anything. Did you Google asthma cured with sea salt & water? It's very simple.

In addition to the water cure , it was suggested that I take chlorophyll for asthma. What is the proper way?
Thank you

I have never heard of it taking a long time to get rid of asthma. A month is too long. How well do you follow the plan?

reading more on dehydration when it said that it could take 2 to 6 months to re hydrate. Since the natural state of my finger tips is shriveled --I guess that that means I am very, very dehydrated--that it could take many months to
achieve a hydrated state to eliminate my asthma?? So I should not be worried about not improving fast enough? Thanks, em

I have been drinking at least 6 8 oz cups of water with the honey / salt added like you told me to do. I must be 6 weeks now. I follow the water with 1/ 16 tsp of sea salt. I do feel improved, but not the cure. I am still depending on my albuterol inhaler. I wake up during the night with a shortness of breath and / or the wheeze wakes me up. Before . when I felt forced to do a course of prednizone I would always be back at square one when I finished the prednizone. June 14, I did a short course starting at 30 mg. This last time was different. I felt that the water kept me from going back to square one. Some where I read that Dr. Batman recommended that asthma people drink 10 glasses a day. I want to get away from the inhaler/ meds so much. Your advise is very welcome and appreciated. Thank you, em

Did you Google asthma cured with sea salt and water so you get the many stories of how people are getting themselves well? You are missing something? Dr. B.'s book ABC of Asthma, Allergies & Lupus simplifies a lot. Asthma is one of the easiest things to get rid of.

UK study says more salt is very good for heart and other health related things. Now, eat salt without worrying!

From www.earthclinic.com. For an immediate remedy for congestion and brain fog, first try breathing in through one nostril and out through the other, then switch and repeat until both nostrils are unclogged. If this method doesn't work, simply walk in a straight line for a few minutes, or try any other type of balancing exercises. These exercises will balance the brain hemispheres, clear up congestion and temporarily rid me of brain fog. I have never found anything to be as effective, not even ACV.
